Enrichment Activities & Academics
In-Home or In-Person 1 Hour per Session
All Grades- Activities: Chess, Public Speaking, or Drama
Grades K-8-Academics: English (Reading, Writing, Grammar, & Phonics), Math, or English as a Second Language for Spanish-Speaking Students (ESL)
1 hour/week $50 per session; Full 20 Weeks = $1,000
1.5 hours/week $75 per session; Full 20 weeks = $1,500
2 hours/week - $100 per session; Full 20 weeks = $2,000

Grades 3-5 NY State Test Prep: ELA & Math = $60 per session
Grades 3-8 NY State Test Prep: ELA = $60 per session
​
Enrichment: This program is for students who want to get ahead in their academics and strengthen their skills in various areas. Tutors will meet you in-your-home and provide an enrichment lesson for you. They will work with you at your current level and build with you to get to a higher level.

Payment Options
Online Only

Per session- At the end of the week, you will receive a bill via email. You must click on the link or visit the Parent Portal to submit a payment.

Monthly- At the beginning of each month, you will be sent a bill to pay for the next month's sessions.

Per semester- Before the end of the September 2019, you must submit payment for the entire semester.

Fall Program Discounts
For Struggling Students, Low-Income Families or Families Experiencing Hardships
This is for middle school and high school students who received low/failing grades (Grade D or 65% & below) in English Language Arts (ELA) or Math on their last report card and need extra enrichment support and guidance to excel in the 2019 - 2020 school year. This option is also for low-income families or families experiencing hardships. You must show proof and a written report explaining the hardship.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking & Makeups Sessions:
For summer packages,you must commit to the amount of sessions booked per week. If you miss a session or if a student is unable to attend a session for any reason, students can makeup the session within the package deal time, depending on the tutor's availability.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Due to tutor availability and travel, we do not offer refunds in the event that the student/parent ends the session or tutor does not have availability. However, we can offer you a credit option- where the unused amount may be used towards another activity/session within 3 months from the ended session or it can be used for a sibling.
Photographs and Videotaping:
I agree that the student may be photographed, filmed, videotaped, and recorded, during tutoring and other activities for the purpose of sharing it with yourself (the parent), promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes, including social media, the Minds Explode home site, and flyers.
